Haim Silberstein                                                   writer / director

Haim began as a ship commander for the Israeli Navy, where he rose to the rank of Captain. After the military, he studied at the renowned Bezalel Academy of Fine Arts and then received a BFA from the Sam Spiegel Film School - both in Jerusalem. In 2005, Haim received an MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute.

As a professional still photographer, Haim found his visual esthetic, now seminal to his distinct filmmaking style. He created and directed a number of television shows for Israeli TV, including KIPODIM, a weekly animated-satire and MILLER, a prime time comedy. While at AFI, Haim has directed 4 short films - THE GEMINI, A SORT OF HOMECOMING and WELCOME TO MY LIFE and. recently, KING'S ECHO. Currently he is in pre-production on COLOMBIAN INTERVIEWS.
Joseph Boltizar Michael                                                          producer

After studying William Blake at Columbia University, Joe helped produce short and feature films in San Francisco. He later founded the WILLIAMSBURG WRITER'S COLLECTIVE in his hometown Brooklyn and managed real estate.

Inspired by his writer's circle, Joe chose to continue his filmmaking by attending the American Film Institute and produced 5 films; the last of which was KING'S ECHO, starring the legendary  John Savage. Joe graduated the AFI in 2005 with a Masters in Producing. Recently, he finished his feature script THE LETTERS OF SOUTH BROOKLYN and has initiated the feature film project COLOMBIAN INTERVIEWS, a complex narrative about a budding American.

Chris T. Sadler                                                                     producer

Always with the goal of producing in mind, Chris has worked in every aspect of filmmaking. From writing and performing in over 50 shows in his first year with his sketch comedy troop, to his first professional job as best boy electric on a no-budget kung-fu movie, to being cast assistant on films such as SPIDER MAN 2 and CLOSER, Chris has used his variety of experience to develop an understanding of the "big picture" of making movies. His first two projects, both music videos, have won grand prizes in international contests and received distribution from Atom Films and RES magazine.
Jason Dittmer                                                           cinematographer

Jason grew up in Aspen, Colorado. After graduating from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in foreign languages, he combined his passions for photography and mountain climbing, filming and climbing in Asia, South America and the Canadian Rockies. His prize-winning documentary, CLIMBING INTO CLOUDBASE, was shown nationally on The Outdoor Life network.

Jason recently graduated from The American Film Institute with an MFA in Cinematography. He has just completed the feature film ACES, and is in preproduction on COLOMBIAN INTERVIEWS and THE CURSE OF ALCATRAZ. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Allison and dog Abe.

Christine Reins                                                       production designer

Christine practiced architecture professionally for seven years before beginning a freelance career as a designer in the film industry. The career change brought her to Los Angeles from Boston, where she worked for William Wilson Associated Architects. She recently completed her MFA in production design at the American Film Institute Conservatory. Over the past two years, Christine has realized twelve short films as a production designer, art director, and set designer.  She is now seeking to broaden her experience into feature film design. Christine recently displayed her work at the Design Showcase West 2006, and several of her shorts are premiering in the next few months in Los Angeles. Christine holds a BA from Brown University and MARCH from the University of Michigan in addition to her MFA from the AFI Conservatory.

Eric Litman                                                                              editor

Eric holds a BA in Film and Media Arts from Temple University, and an MFA in editing from American Film Institute. Eric wrote, directed and edited the short BETHINKING, and served as senior editor for the short DESIRE (nominated for Best Film award at the Temple University Film Festival).

Since graduating college, Eric's work in film and television has been featured on the OPRAH WINFREY SHOW, THE NBC TODAY SHOW, and the PHILADELPHIA FLOWER SHOW. He has also served as lead editor for FAMILIES OF THE WORLD, featured on the BBC as well as assistant editor for HGTV programming. While at AFI Eric has edited ten short films, including KING'S ECHO. Eric is currently editing two feature films to be released in 2006

Heidi Tebo                                                                   post supervisor

While attending USC's, School of Cinema-Television, Heidi worked with Andrea Miloro at POP Film and Sandy Beladino at The Finish Line. Only days after graduation she landed a job working for James Cameron on the IMAX film GHOST'S OF THE ABYSS. After which, she helmed post-production for the legendary Werner Herzog on Zak Penn's directorial debut of IINCIDENT AT LOCH NESS.

Currently she works as a Post-Supervisor for Producer Alan Blomquist (WALK THE LINE and CHOCOLAT) on his latest feature LARRY THE CABLE: HEALTH INSPECTOR. Heidi specializes in alternative workflow & delivery for High Definition Mastering and Digital Intermediates. Ultimately she plans to be a Post-Production SVP at a major studio.

Steven Gutheinz                                                                  composer

Steven Gutheinz has been hailed by critics as "one of the most promising young film composers on the scene today" and "at the forefront of a new generation of film composers." Steven is a graduate of Rice University, the University of Southern California, Aspen Music School, and the ASCAP Film Scoring Workshop, where he studied with such legendary film composers as David Raksin, Elmer Bernstein, Leonard Rosenman, Buddy Baker, and Christopher Young.
